Returns and Warranty

Slayer Blinds offers the following Return Policy

  • Blind and Blind Stand sales are FINAL once items have been delivered and accepted by the customer.
  • For accessories and apparel, there is a 20% restocking/repackaging fee on unused product that is returned. Returns must be made within 30 days after purchase.
  • Shipping cost is not refunded on returns. If you received free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from your product refund.
  • No Returns on Closeout Items.

Slayer Blinds offers the following Shipping Policy

  • Contact us to order a blind and blind tower and to set up delivery. 
  • All accessory/apparel orders will be shipped within 2 business days of transaction completion (usually ships next day except for the weekends). Overnight orders must be placed before 3:00 pm to ship the same day. 

Slayer Blinds offers the following Warranty

  • The Slayer Hunting Blind comes with a 5 Year Limited Warranty that guarantees protection against manufacturer defects. To ensure the longevity of your blind and maintain the validity of this warranty, proper care and maintenance are required as outlined below:

    Warranty Coverage

    1. Manufacturer Defects:
      • The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years.
      • Warranty only covers replacement parts and not repair labor. Warranty does not cover any shipping costs related to repair.
    2. Exclusions:
      • Acts of God or Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, storms, lightning, or similar events is not covered.
      • Animal Damage: Damage caused by animals is excluded from this warranty.
      • Improper Use or Neglect: Warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
      • Storm-Related Tipping: If the blind is elevated, it must be properly mounted to a secure tower. The warranty will not cover damage caused by tipping in a storm due to improper mounting.

    Maintenance Requirements

    To maintain the validity of the 5 Year Warranty, proper care and regular maintenance are required:

    • Doors and Windows: Always close doors and windows when the blind is not in use to protect it from the elements and prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
    • Mounting: If the blind is elevated, it must be securely mounted to a stable and appropriate tower as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.

    How to File a Warranty Claim

    1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
    2. Submit photos of the damage and proof of proper maintenance (e.g., dated photos showing repainting or proper mounting).
    3. Contact our customer service team to start your claim process.

    To file a warranty claim, your blind must be registered within 30 days of the purchase date. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the blind.
